a "dirty dozen" cheat sheet

I thought this little cheat sheet from Paper Crane was really cute (thanks Craigger for pointing it out)! It's a wallet-sized card to use when you go to the grocery store , to tell you which fruits and veggies have the highest pesticide residue (measured after washing and or peeling), and the “clean fifteen” (foods with the lowest or no pesticide residue). Good to know! The crying fruits and veggies make me feel sad though. I just want to make them feel better. But anyway, I never know what to buy organically, and sometimes the grocery stores have limited selection, so thank you Paper Crane for the little gift. You can download it on their blog. Oh, and you can find full list of foods here: www.foodnews.org.
